Pinot Noir

Los Jabalíes “The Wild Boars” is our estate-owned vineyard located at 1,400 meters (4,500 feet) ASL in the San Pablo Appellation, Uco Valley.

The cold climate, vast thermal amplitude and humidity, together with stony soils rich in calcium carbonates and sustainable vineyard management, offer unique conditions for producing Pinot Noir grapes of the highest quality. Winemaking with minimal intervention produces an exceptional expression of Pinot Noir from this unique vineyard.

On the nights before the planted, the wild boars that inhabit the area and give the vineyard its name enjoy a taste of these precious grapes before retreating to the old groves that surround the vineyard.

This wine stands out for the intensity and complexity of its fruity and floral aromas. The palate has notes of red cherry and currant, fine tannins, a refreshing acidity and a long and delicate finish.
